During your session, we can provide support with: - Navigating our digital products and services - Guidance on auto loan termination, including MSO acquisition, certified title copies, and related documentation strategies - Assistance with title acquisition and record retrieval - Insight into mortgage redemption procedures - Help drafting response templates for the IRS using our available tools Please note: All consultations are limited to topics directly related to our platform’s products and services. We do not offer unrelated legal, tax, or financial advice. We’re here to ensure your session is focused, efficient, and results-driven — we look forward to speaking with you soon.
Cancellation Policy
1. Purpose This policy ensures that all virtual consultations conducted via Zoom are respectful, productive, and protect the privacy of all participants. 2. Scheduling - Appointments must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance. - A confirmation email with the Zoom link will be sent upon booking. - Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in rescheduling. 3. Preparation & Etiquette - Please ensure you are in a quiet, well-lit space with minimal distractions. - Be on time, and test your internet connection, audio, and video beforehand. - Keep background noise to a minimum and use the mute button when not speaking. 4. Confidentiality - All sessions are confidential and will not be recorded without prior written consent from both parties. - Any personal data shared during the call will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. 5. Cancellations & No-Shows - Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session. - No-shows without prior notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or reduced priority for future appointments. 6. Conduct - Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the call. - If technical issues arise, the session may be rescheduled at the discretion of the host.
